内容简介
       Exploration, Identification and Utilization of Barley Germplasm(《大麦种质资源创新与利用》)系统介绍了大麦种质资源创新与利用相关研究的最新进展,是对以国家自然科学基金重点项目“利用异源基因组渗入系和AB-QTL分析发掘青藏高原野生大麦特异种质”和重点国际(地区)合作研究项目“干旱及高温胁迫下啤用大麦麦芽品质稳定性的遗传调控机理”等研究成果为主的总结。
       本书主要内容有:大麦优质基因的鉴定与创新,并对可加强作物育种、遗传进化研究的优质基因进行利用;大麦非生物胁迫耐受性的研究进展,包括大麦对干旱、盐碱和酸性土壤(铝毒性)、洪涝和霜冻等耐受的机制;大麦基因测序技术及其潜在应用,如调控大麦物候学基因以提高产量和环境适应性等。另外,本书对具有更多遗传多样性及更高非生物胁迫耐受性的野生大麦(如我国西藏野生大麦)进行了详细的介绍。

    本书英文版由浙江大学出版社与爱思维尔集团合作出版,可为大麦育种相关研究者提供重要的参考资料。

作者简介
    张国平,浙江大学农业与生物技术学院教授、博士生导师,曾任浙江大学农业生命环境学部主任。主要从事作物逆境分子生理,作物种质创新与分子育种,作物优质形成规律与调控等方面的研究。从事大麦遗传育种20余年,担任第12届(2012-2016)国际大麦遗传学理事会秘书长。
    李承道,澳大利亚默多克大学教授,浙江大学客座教授,是国际知名的大麦分子育种专家。
