The first round of the Research Fund for International Young Scientists in 2013 will start in January with the following timetable:
Recommendation Deadline: Jan. 16th, 2013. Please note that only proposals recommended by Chinese Academy of Sciences and Ministry of Education will be accepted by NSFC.
Notice of Acceptance: Jan. 18th, 2013. The list of proposals that are accepted will be announced on NSFC's website (http://www.nsfc.gov.cn/Portal0/InfoModule_396/More.htm).
Full Proposal Submission Deadline: March 1st, 2013. All applications should be submitted via NSFC's Internet-based Science Information System (ISIS) . The host institution is requested to allocate the user name & password to the applicants in advance to ensure the access to ISIS.
The panel review will be conducted in the middle of April, 2013.
