Supplementary Provisions

Article 51 The official seal of the National Natural Science Foundation of China shall be made and issued by the State Council. The seal shall be round, have the national emblem of the People's Republic of China in the center and be surrounded with the name of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Article 52 The National Natural Science Foundation of China shall be called the Natural Science Foundation for short. The English name shall be the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and shall be abbreviated to NSFC.

Article 53 The National Natural Science Foundation of China shall formulate management systems and work rules in accordance with the Constitution.

Article 54 The Constitution shall be publicized and enter into force after being examined and adopted by the plenary session of the General Assembly and shall be submitted to the State Council for record.
