To provide
services for foreign affairs such as service work for hosting foreign
visitors and for NSFC staff visiting abroad, the preparation of
various kinds of international conferences and NSFC important international
activities, the organization of training abroad and introduction
of intellectuals from abroad, translation of books, reference materials
and home pages, S&T exchanges, consultations, intermediary service
and training of specialized professionals. There are three divisions
in the Center.
