Main functions:
To constitute the working procedures of
labor and personnel matters as well as related regulations and rules;
to take charge of the management of NSFC personnel affairs (including
the heads in subordinated and affiliated bodies); to be responsible
for staff salary, insurance and welfare and the administration of
retired personnel. There are two divisions under the Bureau.
