Main functions:
To formulate regulations, rules and measures
for the management and standardization of the financial affairs
of the Science Fund; to take charge of the budget and final accounts
of the Fund, the allocation of funds to funded projects and the
inspection and supervision of their utilization; to be responsible
for the internal financial management and the increment of state
capital asserts within the organization; to give guidance, supervision
and examination of the financial administration to NSFC subordinated
bodies, and to expand the sources of Science Fund. There are three
divisions under the Bureau.
